Courtney Park Distribution Centre launches RF
Pathways WMS in their new distribution centre in Mississauga, Ontario
Courtney Park Distribution recently implemented RF Pathways WMS v4.270.2
to handle their growing number of 3PL customers. RF Pathways WMS was
chosen due to the ease of installation, simplified terminal processes,
superior functionality and 3PL billing module. The processing via radio
frequency terminals enhanced their inventory controls and service levels
for their customers immediately. The successful launch occurred in May 2008.
CDC chose Automation Associates as their preferred vendor and asked for
an expedited launch of 1 month from contract award to go live.
The construction of the DC and the receipt of the first materials
into the facility occurred simultaneously. The expansion of the business
has brought about the opportunity of expansion to additional facilities
planned in the near future.
